Plank Road connects downtown Altoona to Martin’s Plank Road and Logan Valley Mall.

The route runs from the Transit Center out 17th Street to 7th Avenue to the AMTRAN office out Logan Boulevard to Martin’s Plank Road down Plank Road to Logan Valley Mall to Park Hills Plaza and back downtown via the same route.
