Pleasant Valley connects Penn State Altoona and Fairview to downtown Altoona to Logan Valley Mall and Walmart with no transfer needed (including Martin’s Chestnut Avenue and Save A Lot).

The route runs from Penn State Altoona down Ivyside Drive over to Broadway to Cherry Avenue past Cherry Grove Apartments through Fairview down Third Street to Martin’s Chestnut Avenue to UPMC Altoona to the downtown Towers to the downtown Transit Center out 17th Street to 7th Avenue up and over 22nd Street to Pleasant Valley Boulevard to Pleasant Valley Shopping Center to Logan Valley Mall to Walmart to Target then back downtown and to Penn State Altoona via the same route.
