Lakemont connects the downtown Transit Center to Pleasant Valley Shopping Center, Blair County Ballpark, Lakemont Park, Convention Center Commons, Walmart, and Logan Valley Mall with no transfer needed.

The route runs from the downtown Transit Center out 17th Street to Pleasant Valley Boulevard to the VA Hospital via Fairway Drive to Frankstown Road to Park Avenue to Blair County Ballpark to Lakemont Park out Logan Boulevard to Convention Center Boulevard to Convention Center Commons to Plank Road to Walmart to Logan Valley Mall then back to the Transit Center following the same route in reverse.
