Night Owl connects downtown Altoona to Lloyd Street to Logan Town Centre to Pleasant Valley Shopping Center to Logan Valley Mall to Walmart to downtown. After 9:00 p.m., any customer can ask the driver to deviate the bus from its regular route to get them closer to their destination.

The route runs five trips from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm from the Transit Center out 17th Street to Logan Town Centre down Amelia Avenue to Frankstown Road into Pleasant Valley Shopping Center out Pleasant Valley Boulevard to W Plank Road to Walmart to Logan Valley Mall in Goods Lane to 58th Street in 6th Avenue to 17th Street along 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue to Lloyd Street out 7th Avenue to 7th Street to the Expressway to 9th Street to Green Avenue to 12th Street to the Expressway to the Transit Center.
